By accessing or using the CROSS CYCLE B2B SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Description of Service

CROSS CYCLE provides tools for managing multicultural IT teams, including predictive friction models, 1-Click Pulse surveys, and an Opt-in AI Coach. The platform is intended for B2B use by HR professionals, Project Managers, and IT Team Leads.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws, particularly regarding data protection (GDPR).
• You must not use the AI Coach or Team Synergy Radar for discriminatory practices, surveillance, or unauthorized performance monitoring.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Merchant of Record

CROSS CYCLE offers a Free Pilot tier and a paid Pro tier. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds. All purchases and refunds are strictly governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. 5. Data Privacy and AI Usage

We deeply respect the privacy of your team. The 'Private AI Coach' operates strictly on an Opt-In basis. We do not automatically scan workplace messengers (like Slack or Teams) without explicit user initiation. For more details on how we process and anonymize aggregated data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The scientific methodologies, predictive ML models, and interactive tools provided within CROSS CYCLE are the intellectual property of Nazarii Mazur and the respective right holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your internal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

CROSS CYCLE is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our recommendations, AI rewrites, or agile adaptations. The final decision regarding team management lies with the user.
