• AI Coach Sandbox: When a user voluntarily pastes text into the Opt-In AI Coach for tone analysis, the text is processed in real-time. We DO NOT store these drafts or use them to train our core Machine Learning models.

3. No Background Surveillance

CROSS CYCLE is a tool for cultural synergy, not surveillance. We do not integrate with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or company emails to "silently scan" conversations. All interactions with our AI and analytics tools are strictly Opt-In and initiated by the user.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may share necessary transaction data with Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) to process your payments securely. For AI processing, we utilize secure, enterprise-grade APIs (e.g., OpenAI) with zero-retention policies where applicable.
